Online customer services centre

You can access a wide range of our customer services quickly and easily, 24 hours a day at our online customer services centre

Face-to-face appointments

If you would rather speak to somebody face to face, we have a customer services team at our offices at 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Milton OX14 4SB.

The customer services reception is open from 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 4.30pm on Fridays.

Appointments for benefits and council tax enquiries

To help us serve you quickly and more efficiently, if you want to speak to us in person about benefits or council tax, you will need to make an appointment.  Please call 0345 3022315 to book an appointment.

Self-service computers

Self-service computers are now available at the council offices where you can access benefits and council tax services online.  Our customer advisers will be able to show you how to use the online service if you need any help.
