Corporate Plan 2012-2016

Our Corporate Plan for 2012-2016 sets out our objectives and priorities for the next four years, and outlines how we intend to achieve them.

We have included success measures so that we can track our progress and performance. We will report on our performance agaainst the success measures annually and provide a commentary on our progress. 

We will review the objectives and priorities within the plan each year to ensure that it remains up to date and relevant during the four year period that it covers.
