Budget 2011/12

The Council approved its budget and district council tax for the financial year 20011/12 at the council meeting on 23 February 2011.

The council has been able to freeze the district council tax at the 2010/11 level in spite of a reduction in government grant of more than £1.5m. This has been achieved by the continued reduction in costs through shared working with South Oxfordshire District Council and by identifying further savings opportunities across the council.
