Best Value Performance Plan

In the past, Best Value Performance Plans (BVPP) informed the Council and its stakeholders about progress and performance.

The plan for 2008/09 can be downloaded from the right of the page.

Our current approach is to set a Corporate Plan, and undertake an annual service planning exercise. Performance against targets in the service plans is reported to councillors monthly, and progress can be reviewed via performance reports.
