Description
Replace current front door to East elevation. This is unsecure and ill fitting and is an oak internal panel on two hinges which has been adapted to suit the entrance. The joints have failed in places with the wood having aged and now allowing water penetration.Replace with a custom made secure door of sufficient thickness (45mm) on three hinges manufactured from European Oak to an identical image from the exterior view. Existing door furniture to be re-used.
