Description
Change of use from Saddlery Retail Shop to a D1 Children's Nursery. The site was formerly, for a number of decades, a well established local Riding School. This business closed down in 2014. In 2015 a Change Of Use was granted to form Saddlery Retail Shop, which closed down last year.
We currently operate a children's nursery opposite this site. We propose migrating part of our current nursery offering - the before and after school club and current holiday time club (which is sited across the road in Willow Dene) into the former Riding School and offering more activities to our school children.
