Internal alterations comprising of:

FIRST FLOOR :- 1) Ensuite to southern bedroom. 2) Formation of landing at top of stairs. 3) Conversion of north east corner of roof void to bedroom with ensuite. 4) Forming gallery floor to south east end of lounge and opening up ceiling in centre to expose roof structure and insulating between rafters. 4) Forming boarded storage area adjacent to new FF bedroom.
ROOF :- 1) Roof covering to be stripped and clay peg tiles set aside. Battens removed and nails withdrawn, new breathable felt laid over rafters, treated battens secured and pegged tile roof re-laid re-using existing tiles with reclaimed replacements to match as required. New conservation roof lights installed as indicated between purling lines.
