Workforce monitoring
We use a number of indicators to help us to measure the accessibility of our employment opportunities and to ensure that everyone is treated fairly and equally regardless of a person’s sex, disability, ethnicity, religion or belief, age, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity.
