The Tap-In Partnership

Tap-In is a network of specialist advice centres across South Oxfordshire and the Vale of the White Horse. Their aim is to bring the best advice to local people, making it easier and quicker to access expert, specialist and personalised advice.

I’m a resident in the Vale of White Horse and I need some advice.  What issues can I receive advice about?

In partnership with the Vale of White Horse district council, the Tap-In is available for anyone who would like advice on any of the following issues:

  • debt
  • welfare benefits
  • housing
  • employment
  • legal assistance
  • carers
  • relationships /family issues
  • level 1 immigration
  • consumer Issues

How does it work?

The Tap-In partnership allows key service providers – such as job centres, health care professionals and community centres - to access a network of advice professionals throughout their communities.  These service providers then provide this expert advice to any of their service users that require it.  That way, the information can be provided to you in a more direct and efficient way.
