Noise and nuisance

If you have a problem with noise or another type of nuisance, we will try to help you.

We will investigate complaints of excessive noise, such as barking dogs or loud music, disturbances from artificial lights or cases where properties appear to be infested with rats or fleas, or contain decomposing rubbish.

If you have an emergency outside of our office hours (which are Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5pm and Friday 8.30am-4.30pm), you can call our emergency call centre.
