Pebble Hill and Woodlands Park - mobile homes parks

Update 4 December 2019

We have been made aware that there is a water leak at Pebble Hill.  A ground works engineer has investigated the situation and confirmed that it stems from a burst 4 – 5 inch water main.  To repair the leak will require the work of a Thames Water affiliated contractor with the right equipment to deal with a pipe this size.  Hamblins Watermains have been contacted however the earliiest they will be able to attend the site is Thursday morning (5 December).

As far as we are aware no one is without water at the moment, although you may experience a lower water pressure than normal.

We will do everything in our power to get the pipe fixed as quickly as possible.

The council owns Pebble Hill and Woodlands Park mobile homes parks. They are both permanent residential mobile home parks owned and managed by the Vale of White Horse District Council. They have space for 216 mobile homes.

They are situated side by side, approximately 4 miles from Oxford, and 1.4 miles from Radley station. 3 miles north of Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

Residents own their homes and pay an annual pitch rent to the council.

All plots have electrical, water and drainage connections. There is no mains gas on the site.

If you spot something on the park that needs maintenance or repair, please contact the mobile home parks manager with clear information about the nature of the problem and its location. We can then work with you to resolve the issue. Email with a photo of the issue if you can. Or call on 01235 422672
