How to bid for a property
Once accepted onto the Housing Register, applicants can bid for properties in the following ways:
- Via the Choice Based Lettings website
- By visiting the council offices to use the computers
- By calling the bidding line on 0800 0288905.
How do I find out what properties are available?
Details of all the available properties are available online at www.oxfordshirehomechoice.org.uk .
You can make a maximum of 3 bids for rented properties plus any number of Shared Ownership properties. If you come top for more than one property, you wil asked to indicate which property you wished to be offered.
