Have you got your yellow letter?
Keep an eye out for your yellow letter then confirm or change your details online
The letter explains that residents are required to confirm who currently lives in their property. The council need this information to make sure everyone who is eligible to vote is able to do so in future elections.
Important - each household must confirm their details, even if they are correct.
The easiest way to do this is to visit www.householdresponse.com/southandvale to confirm your details are correct or, if not, provide the correct information.
By confirming their details immediately residents will avoid receiving any reminder letters over the coming months. If a household then doesn’t respond the council will try to contact them by telephone, and may visit some properties this Autumn to confirm their details.
Residents who do not have access to the internet will be able to confirm their details by completing and returning the form that comes with the letter. People whose details are correct also have the option of confirming their details by phone or text – the details required for this are included on the yellow letter.
