LABC New Home Warranty

The Local Authority Building Control (LABC) This link will take you to an external website... is the national organisation representing local authority building control departments in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

LABC New Home Warranty caters for conversion, new build and mixed use developments. Working alongside the local authority surveyor, additional audits are undertaken to ensure that the highest possible standards are achieved.

LABC Social Housing Warranty provides for the cost of complete, partial rebuilding or rectifying work to the new development which has been affected by major damage.

LABC Self Build Warranty has been designed specifically for individuals building their own homes and applies to both new build and conversions. LABC New Home Warranty is administered by MD Insurance Services Limited.
