The council's Land Charges Section responds to requests for information about charges and restrictions affecting property and details about planning, building regulations, roads, traffic schemes and environmental matters.

Local Land Charges Personal Searches

Anyone can carry out a personal search of the Local Land Charges Register by making a appointment  on our Online Booking form Questions on the CON29 can also be provided by the Land Charges on a Personal Search appointment, please see our fees above. 

Appointments

Appointments are available between 10am and 1pm each day and may be made by the online Booking form above. They are available for up to five searches per appointment, only one appointment may be made per day. Each appointment is for a maximum of one hour.

CON29

Questions on the Con29 can also be provided by the Land charges on a Personal Search, please see our fees on the right hand side of the page. You will need to use the form above but also email the Land Charges team detailing the Con29 questions your require detailing your appointment. The fees for obtaining this information on a Personal Search will apply and be charged at the time of your appointment.

Obtaining Con29 Data under Environmental Information Regulations Act 2004 (EIR)
