Land charges performance
Information on the performance of the Land Charges team.
Our performance figures are published annually in accordance with the Audit Commission requirements for Performance Indicators.
The only nationally recognised Local Land Charges Performance Indicator is the percentage of Standard Searches (i.e. those with no extra questions or parcels) that are returned within 10 working days of receipt.
