CIL Information when purchasing property (CON29)

CIL Information when purchasing property (CON29)

If you have carried out a land charges search (form CON29) on a property, and this has revealed a CIL charge, you can find out more about the CIL charge that is on the property, including CIL amounts and whether it has been paid. We publish all submitted CIL documents and forms, including Liability Notices, Demand Notices, and confirmation of payment letters

View our planning application register and follow the below steps to find out more.

1. Select Postcode search

2. Type in post code and ‘Find address’

3. Select relevant address

4. Select planning application reference (applications granted before 1 November 2017 are not CIL liable).

5. If the planning permission is CIL liable then you’ll find information in the CIL folder or in the Decision/CIL folder. All relevant documents providing answers to CON29 1.10 Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) (b) (i-vi) and (c) to (h) will be saved here.

If there is no CIL folder, the development is not CIL liable.

If you require any further information please email us at planning@whitehorsedc.gov.uk.
