Want a reminder about changes to your collections?

Anyone who signs up for this free service will receive a text the day before their collection whenever this changes due to Bank Holidays or bad weather.

Send a text message with the word waste and your collection day (e.g. Friday) to 07797 870371 and you will receieve a text reminding you to put out your bins the day before your revised collection. For example if your collection day is a Monday, send a text saying waste Monday.

Once you have signed up, please do not reply to the reminder texts you receive as they are automatically generated. If you need a response or have a query please contact us using the details on the right of this page.
