Taking pArt is a scheme managed by the Vale's Arts Development Team which offers a "menu" of arts workshops which organisations and community groups across the Vale can book from.
Taking pArt artists have experience of working with different groups including children and young people, older people, mixed age groups (intergenerational), disabled people and people with mental health needs.
Suitable locations or hosts for these workshops include village halls or community centres, youth clubs, disability groups, family centres, nursing homes, day centres, sheltered accommodation, lunch clubs, interest groups, parks and outdoor spaces.
There are many different workshops available from artists with considerable experience who have been checked and vetted by the Arts Development Team. People can choose many different art forms including;
