Physical activity for women

The Active Women project offers a variety of activities for women with children under 16. 

Our friendly coaches make each session enjoyable and tailor the sessions to suit you.

Work and volunteer with Active Women 

Active women are always looking for volunteers, coaches and instructors to help deliver social and fun activity sessions, from netball to yoga and dance!
