Dial 18001 01235 520202 for our main switchboard or 18001 followed by the full telephone number for the relevant officer/team if you have the direct number. An operator will join the call and assist by using a textphone to talk to you and then speaking on your behalf to the person who takes the voice call at the phone number you dialled.
