Reason for NOT listing
A valid nomination was received from East Hendred Parish Council. The decision to make the nomination was made on 4 July 2019 and recorded in the council minutes under item 299/19.
Unfortunately the situation does not give the council reassurance that the leases are going to be extended beyond October 2020, and therefore the nomination fails the ¿future¿ test.
Despite there being sufficient evidence to prove the ¿present¿ test there is insufficient to prove the ¿future¿ test in order to list the asset.
