Reason for NOT listing
The past future test required evidence to support a reasonable likelihood that in the next five years the property/land would be utilised and further well-being or the social interests of the local community. I am of the view that althgouh interested parties have been listed in the nomination form, there is no evidence to support this interest materialising into a reasonalbe likelihood to meet the past future test.
