Description
Replace lounge window at the rear with French Doors. Remove ground floor WC/cloakroom timber framed wall and strip out plumbing. Remove steel beam spanning from existing WC/cloakroom to the external wall within existing living room and replace with new steel beam to span the whole depth of the building. Block in existing doorway to cloakroom. Form new doorway adjacent to existing door to dining room, utilising previous door opening and retaining existing Oak lintel which spans both openings. Construct a new partition wall within the study to enclose the new WC/cloakroom and shower. Fit out the new WC and Shower room, including installation of new foul drainage to connect with existing drain.
