Description
Construction of a protected corridor from the foot of an internal staircase through a telecommunications room to a final exit. The work is required by the Health and Safety Executive. The work includes alterations to existing partitions erection of a new corridor with lid in half hour fire resisting construction upgrading existing doors on the route to FD30S rating and firestopping the void under the existing raised computer flooring. New lighting to the corridor will include emergency lighting and exit signage will be provided.
