Description
Demolition of a wall and chimney stack in latest (19th century) extension of the listed building, which is currently single storey with a double hipped roof, one built up to two storeys. The proposal intends to remove a wall on the ground floor (and chimney stack) to form a larger kitchen, and extend the single storey bay to two storeys and providing space for a dressing room. The alterations to the kitchen includes the removal of existing kitchen/ utility fittings and replacement with new fittings, including the Aga. Replacing and improving current lead gutters and hip rolls and minor alterations to the roof.
