New garage single storey with maximum eaves height of 2.8 metres and maximum overall height of 4.8 metres with a dual pitched roof, and a floor area of ~ 64 square metres.
We do already have planning permission (Application No: WTT/16740/1) for a single storey double garage on our land, but this application is essentially to move this planned construction approx. 3 m North, which would then partially be on our existing garden, and partially on some acquired neighbour - s land. This neighbour is the Boars Hill Scout Camp at Youlbury, (the owners of this land, The Scout Association, have agreed potentially to sell to us this land.
This building will require us to remove approx. 12m of hedging along our current boundary.
