Description
Provide a side extension for the full depth of the original house, less than half of the width of the original house. Provide a 2.4m rear extension to the original rear projection. Remove existing side extension, chimney and pitched roof to rear projection. Replace roof matching eaves and ridge to provide a resultant roof 50 cubic metres greater in volume than the original. Insert skylights into the front pitch of the roof. Fit out the loft space with two bedrooms and a bathroom, accessed by new stairs. Insert new windows of a similar style as the existing windows (ground floor). Erect a new chimney for a new fireplace.
