Description
Conversion of an existing unused annex building that is detached from Dolphin House into a single storey games/music room. The annex will remain detached from Dolphin House but an open sided walkway with pitched tiled roof and timber supports will be constructed between the house and annex. A new enclosed porch will be added to the rear of the annex, invisible from the road. New glazed doors and around window will be added to the end elevation.
