Description
Install an external cold storage room in the rear service yard of the Greyhound Inn, to provide additional refrigerated storage space for fresh food required by the kitchen. The cold room itself is a free standing structure, that will stand on the existing flat concrete base of the yard, abutting the existing building. A shallow pitched roof will be erected over the cold room to provide covered pedestrian access to and from the cold room for staff from the kitchen.
