Description
Erection of a single story regency style rectangular conservatory attached to the house on two sides. Its flat front extends to the side limit of the house frontage and the two sided pitched roof has an apex below the first floor window line. The conservatory will have stub walls of approximately 600mm made from local stone similar to the house. The stub walls will include a cavity and insulation. The framework will be high quality white UPVC with doors opening toward the rear of the garden. All glass will be A rated toughened glass, the roof will in addition be self cleaning.
