Description
Demolition of two conjoined single storey masonary outbuildings to the left hand side of the property as viewed from the front, leaving boundary wall to adjoining footpath at the eastern edge of the plot intact. In demolishing the building, the gable end which forms part of boundary wall will also be demolished and that section of the wall to be returned to a height level with the rest of said wall. Area currently occupied by the outbuildings to be converted to level ground as hardstanding area.
