Description
On 5 July 2012 the Council granted temporary planning permission under reference P07/V0863 for one agricultural dwelling on the Land, subject to conditions. Condition 1 required as follows: "The building(s) hereby permitted and any ancillary works and structures shall be removed from the site (the land) before 31 July 2014 and the land shall be reinstated to its condition prior to the erection of the building(s)". A breach of planning control has occurred in that the building the subject of condition 1 was not removed from the Land on or before 31 July 2014 and still remains present on the Land. (Notice A).
