P15/V2455/FUL Conditions(s) Condition 4 - Prior to the occupation of a dwelling, that dwelling shall be insulated against all sources of external noise in accordance with a scheme which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Condition 5 - Prior to the occupation or use of the development, surface water drainage works shall be carried out in accordance with a detailed scheme which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Condition 6 - Prior to the first occupation of the development hereby approved a turning area and car parking spaces shall be provided within the curtilage of the site so that motor vehicles may enter, turn round and leave in a forward direction and vehicles may park off the highway.
