The Grade 2 listed Grotto that sits within the rear garden of the Coseners House Hotel is in poor condition. The intention is to bring in a specialist contractor with previous experience of working on listed structures (including Grotto's) to carry out structural and aesthetic repairs on the Grotto to bring it back to a safe and usable condition whilst maintaining its original features and keeping it as original as possible.
