Discharge of condition 3 (Materials) on planning applications P19/V0508/LB and P19/V0509/LB P19/V0508/LB - Internal alterations comprising of: GROUND FLOOR :- 1) revisions to ensuite in master bedroom. 2) Conversion of ground floor study to Ensuite. 3) Re-arrangement of stairs to first floor. 4) Alterations to kitchen and utility area. 5) Replace kitchen window with french window/doors. 6) Infill recessed kitchen door opening to rear. 7) Replacement of inset windows to old barn door openings with minimal frame double glazed sliding doors. 8) New staircase to new gallery area at eastern end of lounge. 9) Removal of fire place. 10) Removal of window to master GF bedroom and provision of french window/doors. FIRST FLOOR :- 1) Ensuite to southern bedroom. 2) Formation of landing at top of stairs. 3) Conversion of north east corner of roof void to bedroom with ensuite. 4) Forming gallery floor to south east end of lounge and opening up ceiling in centre to expose roof structure and insulating between rafters. 4) Forming boarded storage area adjacent to new FF bedroom. ROOF :- 1) Roof covering to be stripped and clay peg tiles set aside. Battens removed and nails withdrawn, new breathable felt laid over rafters, treated battens secured and pegged tile roof re-laid re-using existing tiles with reclaimed replacements to match as required. New conservation roof lights installed as indicated between purling lines. P19/V0509/LB - Conversion of current garage into granny annexe/ancillary accommodation. Retention of existing features and structure, installation of conservation rooflights in north eastern roof slope in location of past rooflights.
