elevation hereby authorised, a full schedule of the works to be undertaken to
the historic window shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local
Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out only in accordance with the
approved schedule.
Reason: To preserve the character and appearance of the area/building
(Policies CP37 and CP39 of the adopted Local Plan).
