Description
The construction of a garden room centrally placed in the garden on the east side of the house. It presents as a typical domestic garden room design constructed from interlocking tongue and groove timber with a dual pitched felt roof. This construction does not require deep foundations. It will be on a base. The garden room is very detached from the house and is behind the car port. It is not overlooked nor will it overlook either adjoining property.
