The Breach of planning control
(i) Without planning permission building operations have taken place as follows
(a) the erection of a steel framed and clad sectional building on the land currently divided into three units and shown edged green on the attached plan.
(ii) Without planning permission the making of a material change of use of the land to use for :
(a) the storage of non agricultural items and materials including but not limited to a lorry body, a residential touring caravan, timber, timber pallets, roofing materials, broken sanitary ware, tiles and breeze blocks.
Requirements Summary
(a) Permanently remove from the land each and every part of the steel frame and clad sectional building.
(b) Permanently remvoe from the land all non agricultural items including the lorry body, residential touring caravan, timber, timber pallets, roofing materials, broken sanitary ware, tiles and breeze blocks
