Staff

The council has around 170 employees (full and part time), 76 of which are shared with South Oxfordshire District Council.  A further 103 South Oxfordshire employees also work for the Vale in a shared role.  They are headed by a Chief Executive and three Strategic Directors, who are all shared with South Oxfordshire District Council.
