If you or someone you know has been identified as extremely vulnerable by the NHS and have nobody around to help with day to day tasks like shopping please call 01865 897820 or email email@example.com.
Anyone that is in this situation but is not considered high risk can call 01235 422600 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
These support lines are open 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday and closed on Sundays.

Homeless or at risk of being homeless?
If you are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless you should contact us as soon as you can. Our Housing Needs team can help you to find some accommodation, please call them on 01235 422452 or email email@example.com
What should I do if I see a person rough sleeping in our districts?
During office hours if you see someone rough sleeping, please call the housing needs team on 01235 422452.
Outside office hours, if you think someone is rough sleeping, please make a report to Streetlink via www.streetlink.org.uk or by calling 0300 5000 914 - Streetlink is the national scheme for reporting rough sleeping and connects rough sleepers to local support services.
