Radley Neighbourhood Plan
The Radley Neighbourhood Plan became part of the Development Plan on 13 September 2018 and carries full weight in the determination of planning applications. On 10 October 2018 it was agreed to be made and that it should continue to be part of the development plan.
Take a look at the made Radley Neighbourhood Plan, the Final Decision Statement and the SA/SEA Adoption Statement.
The district council designated the Abingdon Neighbourhood Area in March 2022. This designation required the modification of the Radley Neighbourhood Area boundary. The Radley Neighbourhood Plan will continue to apply to the area of overlap until such time that the Abingdon Neighbourhood Plan is made, as outlined in the Neighbourhood Area Modification letter.
