Apply for a temporary road closure

The Council can make temporary road closure orders for parades and social events such as street parties. Find out how to apply and how your application will be dealt with.

Assisted travel and bus passes  

Find out about the Council's assisted travel schemes to help elderly and disabled people travel around the Vale, including a free bus pass to eligible residents and the Octabus dial-a-ride initiative, which offers a door-to-door service for people who are unable or find it difficult to use public transport.
