Milton Park Local Development Order

The Milton Park Local Development Order (LDO) adopted in 2012 to help deliver growth in our Science Vale and Enterprise Zones was revised in December 2024.

The Order means new developments can be fast tracked at the business park, which helps to provide opportunities businesses and the local economy to grow.  It also helps to create more jobs and career opportunities for our residents.
