Neighbourhood Planning Resources

The council delivered an online presentation providing an introduction to neighbourhood planning for Town and Parish councils. The presentation provided Town and Parish councils with an opportunity to explore the value of neighbourhood planning and what support is available. The Neighbourhood Plans Roadmap is designed to help local communities to decide whether or not to produce a neighbourhood plan for their area and, if they decide to go ahead, to guide them through the process of producing the plan.

Our Neighbourhood Development Plan Policy table shows the range of topic areas covered by neighbourhood plans across South Oxfordshire and the Vale of White Horse District. The table also signposts the reader towards examples of neighbourhood planning policies for each topic area.
