Submit your application online (this speeds up the registration process). To make an online planning application, click on the link, which will open in a new window in your browser. Please keep the original window open, so you can find the validation checklists (which you need to send us with your application).

Community Infrastructure Levy

The Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) is a non-negotiable levy that local authorities can choose to charge on new development in their area.  The CIL Charging Schedule will be implemented on 1 November 2017.

Any application decided on or after 1 November 2017 will be liable to pay CIL, regardless of when the application was submitted.
