  • by car via Abbey Close. There is a pay-and-display car park directly next to the park.
  • by river tying up at the moorings site.
  • by foot through the historical Abbey Gardens at the rear of the council offices, along Abbey Close, or from Audlett Drive through Crab Tree Place.

The park has a large area for informal play, a new well-equipped play area, an interactive water feature and attractive riverside walks.  Please note - the play area and interactive water feature are dog-free areas.

The interactive water feature is open from 10am until 7pm daily until the beginning of September.  GLL manage this facility on behalf of the Council, any queries regarding the interactive water feature please call 01235 529321 or the Leisure team at the council on 01235 422240.
