Request a copy of documents from Local Land Charges

The Land Charges Team can provide copies of:

Planning Legal Agreements – £42.00 each
Tree Preservation Order – £27.60 each
Copies of a Local Authority Search – £33.60 each
Miscellaneous documents including Notices, Breach of Condition Notices, Planning Contravention Notices etc – £20.40 each

Rates effective from 1 April 2026.

Most of the Legal agreements and Planning decision notices can be viewed free of charge via the Planning decision register.

If you require Land Charges to provide copies of any of the documents there will be a charge. You will need to make request by emailing land.charges@whitehorsedc.gov.uk giving the address of the property and the documents required. The Land charges team will contact you advising of costs and how to make payment.

Payment must be made in advance by Bacs only. (Ensure the first letter of “bacs” is made into capital letter)
