If you have already submitted a Building Regulation application, an online payment can be made here.

You will need your Building Regulation application number to make a payment.

Online Payments for completion certificates and decision notices

In the first instance, please contact building.control@southandvale.gov.uk to verify if a completion certificate is available. Please do not proceed to payment until verification has been provided.

If you would like to pay for a copy of your completion certificate and decision notice, where available, a payment can be made here.

Your Building Regulation application number will be required for copies to be obtained.
