The Queen’s Green Canopy

We want to create a record for residents of where trees have been planted across the districts for The Queen’s Green Canopy.

Throughout the year residents can send images of their trees and the location they have been planted to communications@southandvale.gov.uk and we will collect them as a record for residents and future generations to remember this special year.

Our Tree Policy

Following the launch of our new Tree Policy, this year we supported community tree planting projects on public land in Abingdon and Wallingford.  To help reduce carbon emissions we are encouraging people across the district to get involved in planting trees in their local area. To find out more visit whitehorsedc.gov.uk/trees.
